Ingredients: Blackberry leaves, fennel sweet, mullein flowers, lemon balm, ribwort leaves, aniseed, rosehip peels, marigold petals, apple bits, flavour, elderberries, peony petals, peppermint.

Brewing Instructions:

Pour freshly boiled water (100°C) over 3 level teaspoons of the tea blend and let it steep for 8–10 minutes before straining.
