Formosa Dong Ding Oolong is a special selection from the mountainous region of Taiwan. This high-quality green oolong is one of Taiwan’s renowned teas and impresses with its carefully rolled leaves and almost complete lack of fermentation.

The minimal fermentation preserves the tea’s fresh and delicate character, while the tightly rolled leaves gradually unfurl when steeped, revealing their subtle aroma and refined taste.

Preparation: Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour over with water at 100°C and steep for 2–4 minutes.
