Matcha MEGUMI is a high-grade ceremonial matcha produced in the Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, crafted for true connoisseurs. The tencha leaves are hand-picked and slowly stone-ground using traditional granite stone mills, ensuring an ultra-fine powder and exceptional quality. It is distinguished by its vibrant bright green color and perfectly balanced flavor profile.

Fresh, grassy, and delicately sweet.

Taste:
Rich and velvety smooth, with a subtle sweetness and a well-balanced umami finish.

Ingredients:
100% organic Japanese green matcha (tencha).

Preparation:
Place 1 gram (one bamboo scoop) of matcha into a bowl, add water at approximately 70°C, and whisk with a bamboo whisk for about 1 minute until a fine, creamy foam forms.
